Len Christiansen was singing in a boy's
choir and was an active member of a youth square dance club while still in
elementary school in Edmonton, AlbertaToday, Len dances C2 with Squares Across the Border in Vancouver, BC, and uses his vocal talents as he develops his craft as a caller. His extensive vocal background and love of the square dance activity lead him quite naturally to create BBear Productions in 2001, with the goal of producing high quality square dance singing call records and MP3s Squares Across the Border is a member of the IAGSDC (International Association of Gay Square Dance Clubs) and Len is a member of the GCA (Gay Callers Association) Gay square dancers throughout the world are breathing new life into an activity that is struggling to attract new dancers, and Len is especially proud to be among the first gay callers to create square dance music to be enjoyed by his friends in the gay square dance movement, as well as the square dance community as a whole |
